On the second floor  just through the entrance and the kitchen, there is a large terrace which lends itself to outdoor living/entertaining in spring, summer, and autumn, offering a space for enjoying lunch, wining, and dining – and a particularly good vantage point for a gorgeous view of the city of Zagreb in the evening.

On the third floor all three (bed)rooms have their own outdoor space. One room has a large balcony, the second has a covered balcony and the third bedroom has a large covered

terrace, letting one fully withdraw from the hustle and bustle and daily life, and enjoy the view of the surrounding green vineyards. This large covered terrace can be converted into a winter garden, allowing one to enjoy the afternoon sun to the fullest, even in winter.

The fourth floor (attic residence) is also connected to a large covered balcony which could be called “a small corner or paradise or the home’s crown jewel”. It offers great views of the city, particularly in the evening.


The ground floor can be accessed via an internal and an external staircase, while the various floors and attic are connected through an internal staircase.

The ground floor – with separate entrance and an entrance through the garage – comprises: a large hallway, a heating/laundry/storage room, a toilet/shower room, a storage cabinet, a living room/kitchen, and a living room/bedroom, and is highly suitable for a practice with a separate entrance.

The second floor is where the main residence is found.
