Mijahome is a very spacious maisonette (a very exclusively and contemporarily furnished holiday home measuring approx. 135 m²) found on the second and third floors of the house. Mijahome is very spacious and is suitable for 4+1 persons. Like Lisahome, this holiday home has been outfitted in a highly exclusive and modern fashion.
At Mijahome’s first floor is an open-plan, one-of-a-kind Knapic kitchen. Just inside the entrance to the home is a built-in pull-out beverage refrigerator, with a built-in coffee maker mounted above. The unique, designer Knapic kitchen houses Miele equipment (oven with microwave functionality, steamer oven, two warming drawings, an induction hob, a dishwasher, and an extraction hood). A dining table in original acacia, and leather dining chairs with wheels create a very homely vide. Additionally, this floor houses a seating area with a sofa, coffee table, a stylishly designed and illuminated display cabinet – below the staircase with two built-in wine fridges and offering a lovely view of the
Villeroy & Boch tableware – fine artwork on the walls, satellite TV, and WIFI. This floor is also where you will find one of the bedrooms, a modern and spacious room with two extra-length Auping single beds (2×90*220), and a spacious designed cupboard with built-in satellite TV. The floor in this bedroom is parquet oak. There is also a spacious bathroom on this floor, with designer bathroom cupboard, a Kolpasan shower cubicle with fold-out seating on the wall, and a Villeroy & Boch toilet. The floor in the kitchen and dining-seating area is covered by light, large-size Italian tilework. The bathroom has smaller, anthracite grey tiles.
The third floor of Milahomes houses the second floor of Mijahome, which can be reached from its sitting room via a very exclusive marble staircase. Just inside the entrance is a seating-living room with a corner sofa, coffee table, and sideboard. From the seating-living space on this floor you can reach a covered balcony with the finest view of the sea – and the sunset from this balcony is particularly wonderful. There are also two spacious bedrooms on this floor, both with double beds and a clothes cupboard, as well as a spacious bathroom. In the bathroom, you will find a spacious corner bath, a shower cubicle, a wash basin and bathroom cupboard, and a Villeroy & Boch toilet. Next to the bathroom is a laundry/work room. Both rooms are equipped with roof lights to ensure proper ventilation. This floor has been laid out in fine parquet oak, and the bathroom and laundry/workroom have fine anthracite grey tiles.
